Ailene has over thirty years experience in the healthcare industry. In her capacity as the Administrator of a local rural hospital, she was responsible for all hospital functions, including staff management, financials, and quality control. Ailene is responsible for all Human Resource functions at United Solutions, and marketing.
Beth has worked in the medical and billing environment for over twenty years. This extensive experience includes 10 years as the office manager for a family practice physician and several years in an orthopedic practice.
She specializes in the overall aspect of maximizing reimbursement for our patient and clients and specializes in knowledge of coding document requirements. Beth has also been extremely successful in increasing our client's revenue.
Cindy has over fifteen years experience in medical administration during this time, which has enabled us to expand our client base throughout Texas. She is the administrator for our entire billing department at United Solutions and she coordinates all training for our clients existing staff.
Her expertise in collection practices has expanded her professional career to include solutions to your bad debt and is available to visit with potential clients to assess their needs.
Kris has been in the medical billing, management, and consulting profession for over ten years. She was essential in opening new and restructuring existing medical practices as well as PM accounts. She is administrator of our family practice accounts for internal medicine and consulting for individual practices.
Kris was also paramount in the conception of one of eight FQHC in the state of Texas. In addition, she is dedicated to the growth and expansion of United Solutions, MSO and is available to meet with potential new clients.
Sam has over eight years of experience in medical information and computer systems. Since USMSO's formulation in 1997 Sam has been responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to computer operations and software utilization for United Solutions, MSO and our clients.
In addition, Sam is the accounting and HIPAA Compliant Officer for USMSO, with his academic background in business and accounting.
